Do you charge travel expenses?

The first 50 miles from our base in Hertfordshire are included and we charge 50p per mile thereafter.

Are the instant prints good quality?

Very much so, we use the DNP DS-40 which is widely regarded as the best photo booth printer on the market. It’s a professional dye-sublimation printer and will produce prints in just 8 seconds that are both instantly dry and water proof.

Do you offer instant printing with all of your packages?

We only offer instant prints as an option with The Pro Booth ‘Pod’. To include instant prints with our other packages would not be practical. In those cases all images are professionally edited and made available for guests to download online. The images are both studio quality and hi-resolution and there is no limit to the amount of downloads your guests can make, at no further charge.

How can our guests view the images from our event?

With all of our packages we have cards for guests to take away that include instructions on how to view and download their images online. The cards for each event include a unique passcode.

How many images are we likely to get?

Typically over 3 hours at a busy event we can expect to later edit and upload as many as 600 images, sometimes more. There is no limit to the amount of images your guests can take. If you are hoping to hire The Pro Booth ‘Pod’ with instant prints it’s likely to be considerably less, in the region of 50 - 100 prints. Remember of course that the prints include up to 4 images each.

How long does it take before we get to see our images?

We usually have your images edited and online within 48 hours.

Can we customize our prints?

Yes, of course. We can add event details and dates or anything else that you wish. If you have seen something you like elsewhere, the chances are we can do it too.

What are idle hours?

Idle hours are the time in which the photo booth is present at your event but not open. If you want the booth up and ready for when guests arrive but not open for a further 3 hours, those are your idle hours. We will give you the first 2 idle hours for free and only charge you (in this instance) for the third hour. Idle hours are charged at £30 for all of packages excluding the ‘Grande’ which is charged at £50 an hour.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We take a 20% deposit in order to secure your date. Following that we require full payment, no later than 30 days before your event.
